Hilarious Comic: How a Web Design Goes Straight To Hell

Sitting tonight, a friend asked me to help him create a website this weekend. He said he already had something in the works. Turns out that he was making a website using Office Publisher and was churning out those nasty 1995 style webpages. I had to rescue him and offered him help in exchange for lunch. How does this relate to anything?
