Is it really done in the real world? I doubt it that he won the battlefield against Google.

"It would be good to hear of more cases like this."

Normally people can refer to previous court cases for further evidence in helping themselves if they decide to sue on the same bases (not sure if it makes a big enough impact in small claims court, however). I felt like mentioning this was worthwhile because many people end up getting banned for the same reason--risk to adwords advertisers--so this MIGHT make Google reconsider its words and have a little more transparency.

It's either I'm delusional or onto something. Hopefully we'll see better AdSense users treatment in the future.

Thanks for pointing this article out!
Just to add that Google treats its publishers like real s**t!! Disgraceful. Adsense does not even have a phone line to call for help. Yet Adwords has the maximum customer service possible. It seems to be that for Google Adsense publishers are second class citizens that have not rights.

It would be good to hear of more cases like this.

If you have a problem with Google adsense they completely close the door in your face making it virtually impossible to contact them.

While in this case the small claims worked it is going to take someone with a big brush and a big fine to really get their attention. Whether it will be the DOJ or someone else we will have to wait and see. The lack of transparency at the adsense unit is directly related to their near monopolistic hold on the market.
