Lies. All Lies.
That’s what first came to my mind when seeing this video. The problem with me is I actually sit there and think things out. As the day progressed after watching this video, I thought well crap… if you believe in the possibility of time travel and DNA manipulation to bring back dinosaurs, this video doesn’t seem all that bad.

Who knows if it truly is fake. I think the truth will eventually come out, but this guy is making some pretty crazy claims. He says that Larry Page and Sergey Brin, Google’s known founders, only got credit for Google because they had their name on the “Google” assignment. He couldn’t put his name because his father wanted him to complete his PhD and not to go ahead with this “Google Project”. He takes credit for a lot of things and even says he creates formulas and what not for ranking a page.
So why aren’t you making millions if you supposedly know the way Google works, oh Mr. Third Co-Founder?
That’s the only part that gets me a bit weary… I mean, if you supposedly helped create Google, you know the deepest and darkest secrets of how Google truly works. I know Google “evolves” as time goes by due to algorithm tweaks, but I’d assume the main chunk is the same. If this guy really knew what was up, wouldn’t Google be doing something? (AKA hiring a hit man… JK… sort-of).
Interesting video. Let’s see how things pan out. Wonder if this guy is going to get any “real” media attention. Will “Hubert Chang” become known and recognized if this is in fact true? I’d say yes… and maybe Google will even hire him for a job. If this is a BS video, I feel bad that a guy actually sat and wasted his time on this junk.

Knowing that places I’ve worked for, and how much work I’ve done that people have stolen credit for, I do have to wonder what is the truth here. I’ve heard crazier stories!

two ex employees at google has formed cuil.com couple of months back and the interface of Cuil is great. seems like it making another hit, if they work more on the search results
