Non-Paying Domain Buyers SUCK

I’m absolutely fed up with non-paying bidders. It’s also extremely frustrating going through the hassle of wasting your time due to non-paying bidders… so much effort into something so stupid. Recently been trying to sell some domains and I’ve been bailed on twice in the last 2 weeks.
If you’re a seller, I suggest you do what I do: Put a time limit on how long you expect payment to be received by. This is the only thing that keeps my sanity since I know once my time limit is over, I no longer feel bad about putting the domains back on the market and reselling them. It’s even more of a PIA to see that the person that purchased your domains has been online the whole day and doesn’t even have the decency to respond to your PMs. OH WELL!
Put a time limit on when payment is expected when selling domains!
Then comes the question: If someone else wanted the domain, should you put it back up or are you obligated to sell to the others that wanted the domain? I’d say no since it was officially exclusive to the “winner” when they “bought” the domain… and after that “contract” has been broken due to non-payment you can start off fresh. Wow, making a couple bucks with domains is more complicated that it should be…
GRRR.

Sammy, you hit the nail on the head. It’s pretty frustrating and the most irritating thing is that they COMPLETELY ignore us.
If you do relist the name for sale, alerting the bidders on the previous auction wouldn’t hurt
