Yes, the parking service showed MySpace related ads but that alone shouldn't be grounds for losing the registration, that's grounds for a warning. Also, if I remember correctly, it was being actively used as an email host. So tell them to get on with their business and stay away from optimized advertising. There was clearly no bad faith *on registration* so give them a chance to change the landing page to a non-infringing use. This is good news.
