WTF?! Appraisals on .ASIA?!

Jeez. Hope some people saw my previous post. THAT was turning out to be a “rant” post, but I decided to tone it down and just point my points on WHY I DON’T CARE FOR .ASIA. It has nothing to do with anything or if .ASIA is going to be a huge success–just why I don’t why to buy any. I may in the future if I see somethings picking up, but no–not now (although I do doubt I would bother with .asia later).
THIS POST IS NOW THE RANT POST! How can people fresh reg a FRESH TLD domain and start jumping and asking for appraisals? Quality appraisals are based on SALES HISTORY and “REAL KNOWLEDGE.” Without any of it, how could you even ask for an appraisal? It would just be based on domainers BULLSHITTING other domainers.
The best is when people come in and start actually saying that it is worth $xxx. C’MON PEOPLE! What’s wrong?! It just makes me think about how all the appraisal threads just have people answering with BS “$x’s.”
If you bought a .asia and you think you have a GREAT keyword… hold onto it. See how the first wave of “users” react. Someone brought a great point about .EU. I mentioned it in my “ex-previous post” but decided to take it all out. .EU and .ASIA are extremely alike. Do some research on .EU and see what has been going on with that market. People getting sued for parking a majority of their domains and what not… because it isn’t a developed enough TLD, and they are trying to get it to work but it is just not working.
Alright. Whatever. At least this subject gave me something original to blog about for the last 2 days. Writing this at 4AM… auto-post for 10AM

I have nothing against .asia either, but I would not be putting my money into any of the domains. It is just such a habit for people to add .com to the end of a url I will stick with those. And contrary to believe there are still some good .com domains available.

Are you saying that ThisDomainIsTheBestDomainEver.Asia was a bad buy?
