Yahoo Too Good For Microsoft? $44.6 Billion Not Enough.

Yahoo! rejected Microsoft’s $44.6 billion offer.

Yahoo’s board of directors plans to reject Microsoft’s $44.6 billion hostile bid with a letter Monday saying the offer undervalues Yahoo, a person familiar with the matter said Saturday.

Yahoo says that the $44.6 billion offer “undervalues” the company. They don’t want to sell for under $40/share.
