Kontera Customer Service Update – Redeemed!

Posted on | January 27, 2008 | No Comments

On January 25, 2008 I wrote a post about my frustration with the experience of just trying to sign up with Kontera. Not even the service–just trying to get into the program! I posted that “supposedly” I was accepted, but my account wasn’t activated.

To my surprise, I received a comment on the post from Kontera representative named Vered. I did get an e-mail from him, and it turns out there was something wrong with the e-mail provided. I can’t exactly say how there was a problem since I don’t understand it (the e-mail wasn’t mine, but I did have a similar e-mail address), but the situation was solved in 1-2 hours.

I can’t exactly blame the problem on myself or Kontera. How that e-mail address got there–with the wrong e-mail provider–is beyond me. Anyways, the situation was solved. I am now running a test run with Kontera on this blog just to see how things go. This is my first step in actually trying to make something off of the blog… but the weird thing is that no impressions are being recorded. Will see what happens. The nice thing is that Kontera redeemed themselves to me. I said that I’m big on customer service, and that’s exactly what was done for me with the comment and personal help. Office Depot on the other hand is on my blacklist. The hell if I’ll ever go back to them!

Current Status With Fka200.com:

I mentioned on EXPForums.com that I plan on doing a lot with the blog. The blog right now is a product of a redesign I felt was needed; It worked the first 2 months, but now with the growth, it no longer does the job. Things just don’t seem user friendly to me on the blog, and that’s extremely important to me. I will be working in small steps on the blog and even throwing in some money to help speed the process up. Way to much going on right now–I’m tackling different revenue sources right now–to take time out to make custom headers and stuff. Alright! If anyone needs anything, remember that I’ve added a contact form. I’ve been receiving extremely interesting AdSese assistance e-mails lately. I’ve replied appropriately!
